These are very small oil filled softgels that smell very strongly of oregano. They are easy to swallow and will sometimes produce oregano burps, but not too often. I love that there aren’t any unnecessary ingredients included. They come in a nice zippered pouch to keep them fresh. The package recommends to take 2 softgels daily, so at that rate this is 150 days worth. That’s a pretty good deal.
